Jessica joined RitaSue Siegel Resources in 1988. She conducts international and national, senior to executivelevel searches in all areas of design and innovation, including consumer insights and strategy; user experience and interaction design, product design, environmental design, graphics, and apparel, as well as in sales, marketing and brand strategy consulting. Some of the clients she has worked closely with include Cisco Systems, Ask.com, McDonald’s, Altitude, Hewlett Packard and Whirlpool.

Jessica was a panelist at MacWorld's "How to Attract and Keep Key Creatives," as well as the "Design Students: Ready or Not" panel at the DesigNation 2 conference hosted by the Organization of Black Designers (OBD). She is a graduate of Columbia College. She is a member of the IDSA and ACM’s SIGCHI.
